Arlene is a California native who worked 35 years for a water management district. After retirement, she and her husband moved to beautiful North Carolina in 2021. Arlene volunteers at her church and a local food pantry. She joined the Wells Center team in 2023, and feels privileged to participate with Peggy Wells in creating a safe and healing environment for women intent on building new lives for themselves and their families.
