Ms. Fonda Holly is a native of Winston-Salem. She attended college at Winston-Salem State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Also, she attended the University of Phoenix and has obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Administration. Her professional career spans over 25 years and has been in the areas of Accounting & Finance. She has worked in various accounting roles in the following industries: airline, food & beverage, banking, textiles, engineering, tobacco, and most recently the not-for-profit sector. Her passion is working in the nonprofit sector and is the newest Senior Director of Finance at Crossnore Communities for Children. Ms.Holly is a Board Member for Forsyth Jail and Prison Ministries in Winston-Salem, NC where she serves on the Community Engagement and Finance Committee. She volunteers her time to teach inmates the principles of Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University. In addition, she is an instructor for "7 Habits of Highly Successful People" at the Cherry Street Prison here in Winston-Salem. To add to her desire to serve others and engage with the community, she serves as a volunteer and Board Member at The Wells Center. Also, Ms. Holly is a Board Member and Treasurer for United Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church. Her passion for nonprofit work is her life's purpose and rooted in her desire to help to make her community better by serving the imprisoned, the homeless, the elderly, the youth, and humankind in general through any opportunity presented to her.
